Les Couturiers promotes quality over quantity, therefore all our pieces are designed and manufactured by our designers with the greatest attention to details. The time spent to create a piece depends on each designer that designs meticulously every aspect of the clothing.

Shipping is free for orders above 250 €.

Currently, Les Couturiers delivers exclusively to France and Romania. We’ll be expanding our delivery service to the rest of Europe soon.

You should receive a confirmation email shortly after placing your order. If you haven’t received it, please check your spam or junk folder. If it’s not there, reach out to our Customer Support team to verify your order.

Once your order is placed, it is processed immediately. If you need to modify or cancel it, please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but we can’t guarantee changes after the order is processed.

Yes, shopping on our website is safe and secure. We use SSL encryption to protect your payment information and ensure that your transaction is secure.

If your payment is declined, please double-check your payment details and try again. If the issue persists, contact your bank or payment provider. You can also try using a different payment method.

You can apply a gift card or promo code at checkout. Enter the code in the designated field, and the discount will be applied to your total.

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase, provided the items are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Please ensure to include the proof of purchase.  Customized items cannot be returned.

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

  • If you’re a registered user, visit the “My Account” page and navigate to the Orders section. You’ll find a “Return” button next to each order.
  • If you checked out as a guest, click here. You’ll need your email address and order ID to submit a return request.

Step 2: Prepare Your Return Parcel

  • Once your return request is confirmed, you will receive a return label via email that you need to print.
  • Carefully pack the items you are returning in the box of your choice. Make sure they are in their original condition. Use the original packaging if possible to ensure the items are protected during transit.

Step 3: Drop Off Your Parcel

  • Take your parcel to the nearest collection point of Mondial Relay.
  • You have 14 days to drop off your parcel.

Step 4: Wait for Refund

  • Once the return is processed, we will notify you via email. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Used or damaged items (unless they arrived defective)

Returns are not free. A return shipping fee of 4 Euros will be deducted from your original payment. The amount will be shown during the return process.

If you want to send a special gift to someone we are happy to help. We can add a personalized letter when sending the order. Please contact our Customer Service for more details.

Promotional code are available for a fixed period of time. If the code isn’t working probably it isn’t available anymore. Verify the name of the code and if the problem persits please contact our Customer Service.
